Payment, Shipping and Returns

1. Product Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Out of Stock Situations

In case, if the stock of any product is unavailable then it will be removed, or will indicate the "Out of Stock" or "Sold out" message on site for the respective product. But there are situations which may occur, that, there will be no indication about product unavailability (due to any reason), but you had paid the price and ordered the product. In such cases we will contact you within 2 business working days to update you and also give you other suitable options to exchange, or you may cancel the order and get the full money refund for the respective order paid by you.

3. Payment Options & Security

(a) Payment Options

We are partnered with the services of most secured payment gateway system to ensure peace of mind while doing transactions from this site.

The following modes of payments are available:

a) Credit Cards - Master Card, Visa, Diners

b) Debit Cards - Master Card, Visa, Maestro and Rupay

c) Netbanking / Direct Debit payments from select banks in India.

List of banks will be available at the time of Check Out process and prior to making payments for purchases

e) Card on Delivery:  As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. Your credit card or debit card statements will reflect Net Distribution Services Private Limited. In case of third party statements including bank and credit card statements the merchant name may appear in an abbreviated format. To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative. By placing an order on the site or on phone, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published in the appropriate section of the website or affiliated websites where specifically referred to such affiliated websites. After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section.

(b) Security

Transactions on the website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with the web store is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind.

Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provided who is authorized and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

4. Shipment and Delivery of Products

We will not be liable to take responsibilities, for the following or such related cases as under,

1. Order delivered, but received, accepted and signed by an alternate person other than the person ordering the product at the address given at the time of the order.

2. Order delivered, but the user or receiver wants it to be redirected / redelivered to some other address thereafter.

3. Mishandling or damage to products by receiver or the user after acceptance of delivery.

In some cases the delivery of the product fails due to reasons like as mentioned below, in such cases we will inform you about the same.

1. We dispatched the product, but the wrong address was mentioned on site.

2. Recipient not available.

3. Premises locked.

For redelivery cases additional shipping charges may apply.

In case of uncertain events like floods/ heavy rains/ national bandh or strike, or any other unknown events or unfortunate circumstances we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and the same will be informed to you.

For any type of complaints or concerns on products while receiving your ordered delivery, kindly report it immediately the same day of delivery. In case if all the ordered items listed are not delivered as per invoice, kindly highlight the same on the delivery receipt and handover to delivery person.

5. Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The product price may be inclusive of shipping and handling charges.

Our normal delivery charges is Rs. 70 /-, in case, if additional charges required for delivery, then it will be intimated at the time of check out process, and you will get to know about this before confirming the order.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

You may return a product delivered to you from us in case of damage or defect within 48 hours for non-perishable products. For perishable products it depends on the product purchased and need to contact the customer support the same day of delivery date. The return and exchange shall be in the form of credit note only and there would be no refund of cash.

1. Products have to be returned or exchanged along with the original receipt of the respective order.

2. The refund or exchange shall be subject to inspection and in case if not approved it will be informed to you.

3. The product you are returning must be unused and should be returned in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging along with original receipt.

4. The credit note will be issued only after the approval of inspection, once we receive the returned products sent by you.

5. In case of return / exchange the customer has to arrange themselves at their own cost to ship the product back to us on return address.

6. Cancellations

If an order is placed and paid, you can cancel your order within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount for that transaction refunded via the refund method selected by you.

In case, the product you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel.  Your refund will be processed once we receive the product back from the courier.

For order cancellation you have to call the customer support number 9594656151 and also given in your bill.

7. Refund

Customer can initiate the refund request to us within 48 hours, and has to ship the product back on return address in acceptable condition.  After product inspection, if approved, the refund amount will be released and the same will reflect within 5 working days in your account.

For refund against cash on delivery order, you should fill a form with bank account details to which you want the amount to be refunded and send mail from your registered email address to Sales@marvelgreen.in

The Managements decision with regard to damaged / defective product and / or issuance of credit shall be final and binding.

8. Disclaimer

We as a retailer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
